Quite a few days didn't come in here...Just a quick update for the week.. earlier this week, met up with some friends whom i got to know from the previous event that i helped out with..we went back to the event company, gathered at ben&jerry's, shopped at PS & Cathay.. on thursday, it was my mum's birthday. too bad my brother wasn't in town so couldn't celebrate it together. met up with one of the threesome during the day time on that day since mum was also working..we went ikea @ alexandra, went lunch, had coffee @ starbucks - raffles city, chill out and updating each other..at night, i had a simple dinner with my mum as kind of a celebration for her. got her favourite chilli crab for her with some kuehs as i remembered that there were always be those kuehs together with red eggs around during anyone's birthday when we were young, so i want to bring up that kind of atmosphere again..although my brother wasn't around, he also bought mum a cake and flowers and had them delivered to her work place on that day. i bet she must be very surprised upon receiving them. since my bro already bought her a cake, i decided to buy a small one so that mum can blow candle and cut it on spot, just in case she left the big cake in office or it was already cut and ate at work place..despite that we didn't really have a grand celebration, i hope mum is happy that day.
