Never feel wrong to have the intention and plans of running a dessert shop for my mum. she's really a great chef who not only knows how to cook delicious dishes of varieties but also knows how to cook as well as attempt to make nice desserts. so far, i have tried numerous homemade desserts cooked by her and i'm daring enough to say that all of them can be of similar or even better standard than those selling outside. when i say desserts, i meant those hot ones as we don't have ice shaving machine at home so can't possibly be making cold desserts right. nevertheless, you can also put some ice into those hot desserts and they are as tasty too. salute to my mum. she can make all sort of delicious hot desserts..amazing and wonderful cooking skills. previously i mentioned about her cooking "dou suan", this few days even more varieties as illustrated below..hopefully one day i can really fulfill the promise of opening a dessert shop for her to run. =)
